1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the ph2365 platform in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the ph2365 website (collectively, the "Agreement"). These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the ph2365 platform, including browsing, account creation, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings.

ph2365 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their ph2365 account. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on ph2365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing and using ph2365 is lawful under applicable local, national, and international laws.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ph2365, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or barred from using the ph2365 platform or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

2.1 KYC Verification

ph2365 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. ph2365 may request additional supporting documentation at its sole discretion.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on ph2365. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph2365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, suspend associated accounts, and forfeit all funds and bonus balances in any duplicate account without prior notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, ph2365 will create a player account in your name. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share your ph2365 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify ph2365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your ph2365 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Ensure that all personal information held on your ph2365 account remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Take full responsibility for all bets placed, transactions conducted, and communications made through your ph2365 account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of ph2365.

ph2365 accounts are strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. ph2365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably suspects is being operated by someone other than the registered account holder.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph2365 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph2365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Deposits are credited to your ph2365 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph2365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. ph2365 will process approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

ph2365 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds returned to your gaming balance.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ph2365 is fully compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all relevant AMLC regulations. ph2365 maintains the right to withhold funds, freeze accounts, and report suspicious transactions to the AMLC, BSP, and PAGCOR where required by law. All transactions above prescribed thresholds are subject to mandatory reporting obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph2365 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are credited to your ph2365 account in a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are depleted, unless ph2365 specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. ph2365 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus it reasonably believes has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• A player may only claim a specific welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud.
• ph2365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on ph2365 — including slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo, keno, sports betting, and any other games offered — are governed by both these Terms and the specific game rules applicable to each individual game. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.

ph2365 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to real-time oversight. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the game information section of each title.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server failures, disconnections, or game software errors — ph2365 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. ph2365 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets offered on ph2365, including markets covering PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to settlement rules published within the sportsbook section. ph2365 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by irregular or suspicious activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ph2365 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account on ph2365.
• Using the ph2365 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the ph2365 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using proceeds from illegal activities.
• Accessing ph2365 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, including through the use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that ph2365 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or detrimental to the interests of other players or to ph2365.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph2365 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and our own internal standards. We recognise that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and we take proactive steps to identify and assist those individuals.

All ph2365 player accounts include access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

No content from the ph2365 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ph2365. Unauthorised use of ph2365 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ph2365 platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party payment processing failures beyond ph2365's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or advice provided on the ph2365 platform.

ph2365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph2365 account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11. Privacy

ph2365's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the ph2365 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph2365 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12. Termination

ph2365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other ph2365 policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Direction or order from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other competent regulatory authority.
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.

You may voluntarily close your ph2365 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph2365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, being the location of PAGCOR's principal office and the seat of ph2365's regulatory oversight. Players retain the right to escalate unresolved disputes regarding PAGCOR-licensed operators directly to PAGCOR's Player Protection and Regulatory Compliance Division.
